Sophie
Photography has been Sophie’s passion for as long as she can remember. She inherited her love for photography from her Grandad and over the last 12+ years, has gained experience in capturing beautiful photos of people, animals & nature as well as venturing out into long exposure. Sophie is mostly self taught and has been guiding Olivia over the last 3 years to become the confident natural photographer that she is today. She enjoys lighter tones when editing photos and enhancing the aesthetic of every photo. Not only does she love to take photos of animals and nature, but also capturing memories for families to treasure forever.
Olivia
Olivia is a volunteer for Richardson Photography, assisting Sophie behind the scenes and behind the camera. She has ICT experience which includes a BTEC and has recently been using those skills to learn editing. Olivia enjoys doing all the "background jobs", like admin, editing, sorting and storing photographs. Over the last 3 years she has been getting to know the camera more, and has been practicing her photography on the Cornwall women's cricket team and more recently started doing photos for events and weddings - she is loving every second of it! She loves editing in autumnal colours to allow for a beautiful warm glow in all of her photos! Olivia sees herself as an Lifestyle/Documentary photographer as she enjoys taking candid photos of people laughing & smiling, she believes those are the moments that no one wants to forget!
